Welcome to CRAWL

The Center for Research on Adolescence, Women, and the Law is a research lab founded and directed by Dr. Jennifer Woolard, associate professor of Psychology at Georgetown University. CRAWL explores adolescent development within the context of juvenile justice. Our goal is to understand how juvenile offenders and their families comprehend and navigate the juvenile justice system and to inform legal and social policy related to juvenile justice.
